In a recent interview, Brad Pitt, who has delivered numerous critically praised performances over his more than 30 years in Hollywood, stated that he intended to stop acting in motion pictures. The actor claimed he was at the “final leg” of his career and that the Covid-19 lockout had changed his outlook. In an interview with GQ, Brad, who is now involved in a legal dispute with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie—he is suing her for selling her interest in the wine company they co-owned together since 2008—discussed his future ambitions. For his portrayal of Cliff Booth in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Brad earlier this month earned his first acting Oscar for best supporting actor. As a producer of the best picture winner, 12 Years a Slave, he previously received an Oscar in 2014.
