Smartphones are pouring down! In the last few weeks, OnePlus, Realme, and Nokia have all released phones in various price ranges. Motorola is now preparing to launch its premium smartphone.
The smartphone company has teased the Motorola Edge 30, which it claims is the world’s thinnest 5G smartphone. On May 12, Motorola will release the device, which will be available on Flipkart, Reliance Digital, and other major retailers.
The Motorola Edge 30 comes with a 6.5-inch pOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ 5G chipset. The smartphone has been marketed as India’s lightest 5G smartphone.
While the device’s price has yet to be determined, it is expected to be comparable to that of the European market. The smartphone has been available in Europe for some time. The model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage costs EUR 499.99. (about Rs 36,000). The device will be available in three colours: Supermoon Silver, Meteor Gray, and Aurora Green.
The Motorola Edge 30 is a dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone that runs on Android 12. My UX has a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and full-HD+ (1,080×2,400) pixels.
It is equipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 778G+ processor and 8GB of RAM.
The smartphone has a storage capacity of up to 256GB.
A 50MP camera, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP depth sensor make up the device’s triple rear camera setup.
A 32MP front-facing camera is included in the smartphone.
The device has a 4,020mAh battery that supports 33W TurboPower charging.
The Motorola Edge 30 Pro was released in India earlier this year. Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 powers the Edge 30 Pro. The 8GB RAM and 128GB model of the Edge 30Pro was launched at Rs 49,999.
