According to Iran’s Ministry of Health spokesman Qianush Jahanpur, one person is dying every 10 minutes from a coronavirus infection in the country. “In Iran, about 50 people are getting infected with the virus every hour,” he said. Significantly, the number of infected people in Iran has gone up to 18,400 while 1,200 people have died.
