Spaze Palazo, a commercial establishment in Gurugram’s Sector 69, has leased large office space to hospitality chain OYO. OYO will not only open its corporate headquarters in Spaze Palazo, but will also look to expand there.
Spaze Palazo is a well-integrated mix of business and retail, as well as a hub for both business and recreation. It houses multi-cuisine restaurants, corporate offices, and other brand outlets. A self-contained commercial park, multi-level basement parking, landscaping, and built-in compliance with Zone-V seismic considerations are among the other features.
On the ground and first floors, the Spaze Group is offering retail spaces of approximately 55,000 sq ft and a super area of 65,000 sq ft. The second through twelfth floors of Spaze Palazo are dedicated to office spaces ranging in size from 18,000 to 20,000 square feet.
