Prime Minister Narendra Modi has got the second dose of Covid vaccine in AIIMS, Delhi today. Earlier on March 1, PM Modi took the first dose of the vaccine. Among the two nurses who gave vaccine doses to the PM at AIIMS, one is P Niveda from Puducherry and the other is Nisha Sharma from Punjab.
PM Modi has appealed to all those eligible for vaccination in the war against Coronavirus to get vaccinated as soon as possible. He tweeted, “Today I got my second dose of Corona vaccine at AIIMS. Vaccination is one of the few ways we have to defeat the virus. If you are eligible to get vaccinated, then get the vaccine registered by registering on cowin.gov.in soon. ‘
