PM Narendra Modi is unveiling a 108-feet statue of Lord Hanuman in Gujarat’s Morbi district. PM Modi had earlier said he was ‘honoured’ to be a part of the unveiling. The event is being held on the special occasion of Hanuman Jayanti.

A statue of Hanuman has been set up in Gujarat as part of the #Hanumanji4dham project. This is the second of the four statues that are being set up across India. The work on the third statue in South’s Rameswaram has begun.

The PM expressed his greetings amid religious events across the country on Hanuman Jayanti. He took to Twitter to wish the people of the country. “Many best wishes to all the countrymen on the birth anniversary of Lord Hanuman,” he wrote in Hindi.
