Punjab Finance Minister Manpreet Singh Badal on Friday presented a budget of ₹ 1.54 lakh crore for 2020-21. The budget allocates ₹ 13,092 crores for education and ₹ 4,675 crores for health and medicine. Badal said that in 2020-21, revenue receipts of ₹ 88,004 crores and expenditure of ₹ 95,716 crores are estimated.
