Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has said that he will not apologize for his ‘rape in India’ statement. He said, “There is a clip in my phone in which Narendra Modi (Prime Minister) is calling Delhi a ‘rape capital’ … I will tweet that video so that everyone can see.” Rahul, it is being made an issue to divert attention from the Northeast.
