He said- ‘Initially it used to take 15-20 days to prepare them psychologically and motivate them to learn something to earn.’
Rajeev Kampani, director of Red Pepper, a restaurant, said, “Initially they were difficult to train but after some time they settled down.”
Rajiv Kampani said- We have given training to 12 people here. It was tough in the beginning but after 15-20 days of training, they settled here. They are all happy. We will be happy to have more such employees in our restaurant in future.
