The Realme 4K Smart Google TV Stick is the Chinese company’s first streaming media device, which will land in the Indian market on October 13th. The device will be launched in India through a virtual event held on the official Realme channel.
Realme 4K Smart Google TV Stick is based on the Android platform and will support all leading streaming media applications. It will run on Google TV instead of Android TV, and will provide 4K resolution and 60fps streaming media capabilities. The latest TV accessories will be unveiled with Realme GT Neo 2 smartphones and a series of new Realme products. A dedicated microsite on the Realme website shows that the Realme 4K Smart Google TV Stick will be launched in India at 12:30 pm on October 13th, IST, as a virtual event live broadcasted through the company’s YouTube and Facebook channels. The microsite also hinted at key specifications for the upcoming Google TV streaming device. The price of the Realme 4K Smart Google TV Stick is currently unknown. On the microsite, the TV stick appears black and does not contain any information about the bundled remote control.
Realme announced last week that Realme GT Neo 2 will be launched in India on October 13 along with other products, such as Realme Brick Bluetooth speakers, Realme smartphone gaming accessories and Realme Buds Air 2 in Closer Green color. The new Realme 4K Smart Google TV Stick will support HDMI 2.1 and HDR10+.
It will be equipped with Google Assistant support, allowing users to view weather forecasts, set reminders and interact with their smart TVs. Streaming media devices have built-in entertainment platforms, such as Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Google Play games, etc., allowing users to access all their content in one place.
