Renowned Bengali writer Buddhadeb Guha dies at 85

Renowned Bengali writer Buddhadeb Guha passed away on Sunday due to complications after recovering from the corona virus infection. He was 85 years old.

The writer’s family said that he was admitted to a private hospital due to problems arising after recovering from the coronavirus infection and died on Sunday at 11.25 pm after suffering a heart attack.

His family said that Guha was suffering from problems arising after recovering from the coronavirus infection and was admitted to the hospital earlier this month after complaining of shortness of breath and urinary tract infection.

Guha was infected with the coronavirus in April and was hospitalized for about 33 days.
