A Kremlin spokesman said on Sunday that a Russian delegation had arrived in Belarus for talks with Ukraine, the first since the invasion of Russia began on February 24, the Ifax news agency reported.
The Russian delegation, which included officials from the foreign and defense ministries and the office of President Vladimir Putin, was in the Belarusian city of Gomel awaiting the arrival of its Ukrainian counterpart, spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
