Body positivity enthusiast Sameera Reddy opens up about the same in a new related video. She also shares her tips on how to handle the situation.
Sameera shared a video on Instagram about how to practice self-love and body positivity through tolerance. The first step to accomplishing both of these things, she says, is to show compassion and kindness to yourself and others. She added that not practicing the spell will only hurt us.
