Kamal Khan, a senior reporter in charge of the Lucknow bureau of news channel NDTV, died on Friday after suffering a heart attack. According to the channel, the veteran reporter took his last breath at his residence in Lucknow.
“Today, Kamal Khan, a veteran reporter at the heart of our Lucknow bureau, passed away unexpectedly this morning in a devastating and irreplaceable loss to the NDTV family. Kamal’s reportage over the past few decades is known for its keenness. He stood out for his insight, integrity and the way he delivered the last word with poetic dexterity. Most importantly, he was an amazing man who touched the lives of all who knew him. Our sincerest hearts go out to his family condolences and prayers for his passing soul,” NDTV said in a statement mourning his untimely death.
