The digital version is being hosted by Karan Johar. While there have been many noteworthy moments in the Bigg Boss house, Shamita Shetty’s recent outburst about sister Shilpa Shetty has grabbed all the limelight.
Shamita Shetty and Raqesh Bapat are currently the Boss Lady and Boss Man of the house. Recently, Shamita Shetty broke down in the Bigg Boss OTT house after host Karan Johar asked her a few questions. In the Sunday Ka Vaar episode on August 15, Shamita opened up about how she feels she is still struggling to create her own identity. She told Karan Johar, “I have had a very difficult journey of 20-25 years in the industry, I am more confident as a person now. People know me as Shamita ‘Shetty’, Shilpa’s sister. It’s a protective shadow, I am lucky to have that, but people don’t know the real me.”
The first contestant to get eliminated from the show was Urfi Javed. The other nominated contestants this week were Raqesh Bapat, Shamita Shetty, Nishant Bhat, and Moose Jattana. Urfi thanked all her fans for their support after she returned home.
