The Sikkim government has stopped granting Inner Line Permits to all foreign nationals including Bhutan in view of the threat of the spread of the Coronavirus. Along with this, the government has also told that the Department of Tourism and Civil Aviation will not allow travel to Nathula Pass in East Sikkim district.
