The Supreme Court on Wednesday ordered a CBI inquiry into the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Hearing Riya Chakraborty’s plea to shift the investigation from Bihar to Mumbai, the court said, “Bihar police … will hand over the case to CBI … Mumbai police cooperate with CBI.” The court directed the Mumbai Police to hand over the evidence to the CBI.
