Fair Representation In Tata Sons Board: Mistry Reached Supreme Court On NCLAT Order

Former Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry has petitioned the Supreme Court to remove the ‘inconsistency’ present in the NCLAT order issued on 18 December. Mistry, in order to secure the interests and investments of the Shapoorji Pallonji group of his family, which holds an 18.4% stake in Tata Sons, needs proper representation on the board of Tata Sons.
