Shimla and Manali received more snowfall on Tuesday, while low hills in Himachal Pradesh received rains, causing temperatures to drop by several degrees. Tourist places like Kufri, Fagu, and Narkanda near Shimla received heavy snowfall. However, in the state capital where there was 14 cm of snowfall and the weather remained foggy, there was widespread snowmelt as it rained. This can be seen in some areas of Shimla such as the Jakhu hills.
