A lavish flat in a prestigious section of Mumbai is now proudly owned by Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput. In addition to purchasing a property in Worli, Mumbai, for Rs. 59 crores, the couple also paid Rs. 1.75 crores in stamp duty. This is the second property the couple has bought in Oberoi Realty’s Three Sixty West project, if stories about it are accurate.

The opulent residence of Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput features three parking spaces and 5395 square feet of RERA carpet. The Kapoors bought the flat from Chandak Realtors, and it is located on the 24th floor of tower B of the tall structure.
According to a real estate adviser who spoke with Hindustan Times, “the specific flat was bought by Chandak Realty for about 65,000 per square foot and it was sold for more than 1 lakh per square foot. This represents an increase of more than 50% in only a single year.”
An apartment in the project is already owned by Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput.
For those who don’t know, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput already own an 8281 square foot flat in the same building, which they purchased in 2018 for an astounding Rs. 55.60 crore, plus the cost of stamp duty (2.91 crore).
After getting hitched in 2015, the couple is now parents to two children, Misha and Zain.
