Rain has now become a disaster in Rajasthan. On Wednesday, 10 people died in various rain-related accidents. Seven people of the same family were buried after their house collapsed in Keshoraipatan in the Bundi district.
Of these, three died, while four were evacuated safely. In Keshoraipatan itself, the kutcha security wall near Chambal collapsed on a kutcha house.
Seven people died in this accident. Due to heavy rains, flood situation has arisen in many areas of four districts of Kota, Baran, Bundi, and Dholpur. The highest rainfall was 12 inches in Khatoli in Kota district and 11 inches in Dholpur.
About 50 thousand cusecs of water are being released by opening 10 gates of Chambal river. Chambal water has come in many villages of the Dholpur district. Due to this many villages became islands.
The flood situation prevails in eight villages of the district. The pool of Parvati river built near Khurdia village on the Sarmathura-Nadanpura road broke. Due to heavy rains in Jhalawar and Bharatpur districts, the life of the people was disturbed.
