“The Kashmir Files” slowed down in its second week but has crossed the 200 crore rupees mark. The Wednesday collections of the film turned out to be around 10 crore rupees. The film has beaten lifetime collection of the earlier post-pandemic blockbuster, “Sooryavanshi” and is now the most successful Hindi film post pandemic, 2022.
“The Kashmir Files” is based on the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits from Kashmir Valley in Jammu and Kashmir in 1990. The casting of “The Kashmir Files” are Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumaar, Pallavi Joshi, Puneet Issar and others.
Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the box office figures of the film on Twitter. “The Kashmir Files” has crossed the 200 crore rupees mark and also crosses the lifetime biz of “Sooryavanshi”.
