Tiger shared a video on his Instagram story a day ago where he shows us how he meditates in the morning. This video, from one of his fitness programs, shows him working his arm muscles during vigorous exercise. Tiger can be seen lying on a reclining seat in the gym, working his muscles by placing two weights in front of his head and pulling them hard down and then up.
