People are suffering from scorching heat all over North India including Delhi NCR. On Wednesday, the temperature reached close to 50 degrees in many parts of the country. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department says that there is no possibility of immediate relief from the current scorching heat.
However, amid the scorching heat, light rain is expected in some states in the next 24 hours. India Meteorological Department (IMD) said that hot winds in many parts of north and central India may continue on Thursday. However, some relief can be expected at the end of the week.
