Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Health Secretary Amit Mohan has said that it would be compulsory for every person who walks out of the house to be covered, whether by mask or by someone else. “It will reduce the chance of getting infected,” he said. According to Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Avnish Awasthi, legal action can be taken for not doing so.
