Shops selling essential goods may remain open in markets and market complexes in the Red Zone. All required and non-essential standalone shops and neighborhood shops may remain open. E-commerce activities will be allowed for the essentials. Private offices will operate with 33% capacity and movement of trains will be allowed for permitted activities.
