WhatsApp was discovered to have developed a new voice call interface. The interface is said to be part of the Android and iOS versions of the instant messaging application. WhatsApp may be able to provide a better experience for personal and group voice calls through the new interface. However, these changes are not yet accessible-even for beta testers. This means that users may have to wait for a while to get an updated voice call interface.

According to the report of WhatsApp beta tracker WABetaInfo, WhatsApp has been developing a new voice call interface to provide users with a more compact and modern experience. The source also shared a few screenshots to compare the differences between the redesigned interface and the existing interface. Details about when the redesigned interface will be available to users have not been disclosed. As mentioned earlier, these changes have not yet been made available to beta testers.

WhatsApp’s redesigned voice call interface was discovered only a few months after the launch of joinable group calls. The messaging app recently integrated joinable calls in group chats, allowing users to join ongoing voice or video calls directly from their group.
