In a recent interview, director Vivek Agnihotri attacked the movie Laal Singh Chaddha starring Aamir Khan. The majority of people didn’t go to see the movie because they didn’t truly understand what it was about, according to Vivek, who said that “bhakts” are to blame for the failure of the movie. He also stated that “people saw his honesty in the film” and compared the movie to Aamir’s successful film Dangal.
Laal Singh Chaddha is an official Hindi version of Robert Zemeckis’ Oscar-winning 1994 film Forrest Gump, which starred Tom Hanks as the title character. It was adapted by Atul Kulkarni and directed by Advait Chandan. Additionally, Laal Singh Chaddha depicts several historical incidents in India as perceived from a man’s perspective. The movie premiered in August.
Vivek stated, “I have a really rational question to ask and then I will end,” in an interview with Kushal Mehra. Then you can respond to my question. Laal Singh Chaddha is a good example, and I hope Aamir Khan hears me and gets it because I’m not just some random person. I am speaking truthfully. Everyone in the business claims that “bhakts destroyed the movie,” but are you aware of how many votes Narendra Modi receives in India? Is 40% acceptable? Therefore, let’s remove this 40–50% from his audience. And where are the other 50% of people?

People recognised your honesty, which is why Dangal became a smash hit. People saw that you put on weight to play a father, but can anyone explain to me what Laal Singh Chaddha is about?
