Given the Omicron variant of Covid-19, experts are cautious about the daily trajectory, so the number of cases has fallen. Omicron is described as a “variant of concern” and is the latest mutation of the Covid-19 virus. It is said that it is more infectious than the previous variants-Delta and Delta Plus.

As of Monday, the country has 41 cases of Omicron variant, including Maharashtra (20), Rajasthan (9), Karnataka (3), Gujarat (4), Kerala (1) and Andhra Pradesh (1) and the territories of Federal Delhi (2) and Chandigarh (1).
