The Mi 11 Youth Vitality Edition was released on Thursday as the latest model of the Mi 11 series. This new phone is essentially a rebranded version of the Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE that debuted in India earlier this year. It is equipped with a triple rear camera and a punch-hole display. Xiaomi Mi 11 Youth Vitality Edition is also equipped with an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC. This smartphone is known as the lightest and thinnest Xiaomi 5G mobile phone, with a weight of 157 grams and a thickness of 6.81 mm.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Youth Vitality Edition with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage is priced at RMB 1,999 (approximately Rs 23,800) variant. The phone also has 8GB RAM + 256GB storage options at a price of RMB 2,299 (approximately Rs 27,300). The Mi 11 Youth Vitality Edition will be on sale in China in black, blue, pink and white starting on Friday, December 10. Details on the release of Mi 11 Youth Vitality Edition in the global market have not yet been announced.
It is worth noting that earlier this month, the Mi 11 Youth Vitality Edition appeared as “Mi 11 LE” in the MIUI code. The Mi.com website also lists this phone, and its URL implies that it is codenamed Mi 11 LE 5G NE. The dual-SIM (Nano) Mi 11 Youth Vitality Edition runs on Android 11, with MIUI 12.5 on the top, and a 6.55-inch full HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixel) display with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and a refresh rate of 90Hz.
The touch sampling rate is up to 240Hz. This phone comes standard with eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC and 8GB LPDDR4X RAM. In terms of optics, the Mi 11 Youth Vitality Edition is equipped with a triple rear camera setup with a built-in 64 megapixel main sensor and f/1.79 lens. The camera settings also include an 8-pixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 5-pixel macro camera.
For selfies and video chats, Xiaomi Mi 11 Youth Vitality Edition has a front 20-megapixel camera sensor with f/2.24 lens. Mi 11 Youth Vitality Edition includes 128GB and 256GB internal storage options. Connection options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/A-GPS/NavIC, infrared (IR) and USB Type-C ports. Onboard sensors include accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer and proximity sensor.
