To strengthen immunity, the ministry recommends eating 1 teaspoon of Chyawanprash in the morning. Those who are diabetic, have been advised to eat Chyawanprash without sugar.

The Ministry of AYUSH has suggested in its guidelines that drink herbal tea 1 or 2 times a day or drink a decoction of basil, cinnamon, black pepper, dry ginger and raisins and add half a teaspoon of turmeric to 150 ml warm milk.

The ministry has said in its statement that in the morning and evening apply sesame or coconut oil or ghee to both your nostrils, as suggested by Ayurvedic remedies.
