UP to soon become most modern state with next-generation infra, says PM Modi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Saturday that Uttar Pradesh will soon be identified as the most developed state, and all the latest infrastructure will be built by the twin-engine government.
After laying the foundations for the Ganges Expressway in Shahjahanpur in the presence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Modi said at a rally in a voting-bound state: “That day is not far away, and UP will be determined as the most The modern state has the next power generation infrastructure. The UP highway network, the new airport under construction, and the new railway line under construction have brought several great blessings to the people.”

Modi cited some of the benefits of highways, saying that it will save people’s time, increase their convenience, and lead to overall prosperity and rational use of national resources.
“The modern infrastructure built in UP today shows how resources are used correctly. You have clearly seen how public funds are used,” he added.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), the inspiration behind the highway is the Prime Minister’s vision to provide fast-paced connections across the country.
The six-lane highway can be expanded to eight lanes and will have a 3.5-kilometer runway to assist the Indian Air Force aircraft in emergency takeoffs and landings. It is also recommended to build an industrial corridor along the highway.
