Ali Asgar ‘shocked’ to know about Sunil Grover’s heart attack: I thought there was something fish

Sunil Grover recently hit the headlines for an unfortunate reason following reports that the comedy superstar underwent heart surgery in Mumbai. Sunil Grover reportedly suffered a heart attack and was subsequently hospitalized. The news has spread like wildfire, and fans have been sending the comedian their recovery wishes. During this period, some stars also expressed concerns about Sunil’s health. His former collaborator, Ali Asgar, said he initially thought it was fake news.

Ali told the Hindustan Times that he was shocked by Sunil’s heart attack. “I really thought it was suspicious at first. When he was discharged (even), I thought there must be something wrong; it was a human body. I still didn’t believe it was a heart attack. But when I knew it was a heart attack ,” Asgar paused, then continued: “He’s a guy who makes everyone laugh and that shouldn’t happen to him. Everyone’s prayers are with him. I think he’ll be more careful. .I think kaam ke chakkar mein wo is better than busy hogaya hoga,” he added.

Notably, Ali and Sunil have worked together on several comedy shows, including The Kapil Sharma Show. However, the two have no contact for the time being. Speaking of which, Ali said that once he feels better, he will get in touch with Sunil as soon as possible. “I asked about his health and asked him (the manager) when he (Grover) could tell me. Right now, he needs to rest. But I will get in touch with him and meet with him,” Ali said.
