Karan Kundrra reveals why his parents feel Tejasswi Prakash is the right girl for him: ‘Tujhe seedha rakhegi’
Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash are the latest celebrities to find love on Bigg Boss. The couple met at Bigg Boss 15 and fell in love there. While their relationship has had its ups and downs, mostly on national television, the couple say they are now stable after the show.
In a recent Valentine’s Day special, Karan talked about how their family has reacted to their romance. He even said that his parents are so good with them now that they actually feel Tejasswi is a perfect fit for him.
“As far as my parents are concerned, they say, ‘Bhai aisi hi ladki chahiye, yeh tujhko seedha rakhegi (this is exactly the girl you need. She will keep you consistent),” the actor told the Times of India. ‘.
In the same interaction, Karan talks about how nervous he was when he first met Tejasswi’s parents in the Bigg Boss finale. He said: “The first time I saw them was on the night of the finals. There, I talked to them for 10 minutes. The uncle was sitting on my left and the aunt was sitting on my right, so it was a little bit nervous. It was also a little awkward. , because I kept thinking they saw us fighting on TV. But they said they also saw us backing off from each other. They told me they thought we were compatible.”
Karan’s parents approved his relationship with Tejasswi during the show itself. In an episode of the contestants talking to their families in January, Karan’s father spoke of Tejasswi: “She’s the heart of the family now.” In the show’s finale a few weeks later, he even told the media that the family wanted them both. Get married early. “Agar ho gaya toh jaldi se kar dena hai (if all goes well, we will get them married as soon as possible),” he told reporters.
Tejasswi was the champion of Bigg Boss 15, while Karan finished third. Since they left the house, Tejasswi has been busy filming for Naagin 6, in which she plays the lead.
The two had a minor spat on social media a few days ago after Tejasswi said in an interview that Karan had banned her from kissing on screen. Tejasswi claimed her comments were “turned into vicious jokes” after Karan tweeted (which was later deleted) that he “had finished defending himself”.
