In their football team, Ranbir and Abhishek reveal a ‘tradition’ for newlywed players

Ranbir Kapoor had to follow a special tradition in his first football match after marrying Alia Bhatt, according to Abhishek Bachchan. All Stars Football Club (ASFC) captain Abhishek is joined by vice-captain Ranbir. On Saturday, May 7, they faced Emirates United at the Celebrity Football Cup 2022 in Dubai.

It was Ranbir Kapoor’s first match since his wedding to Alia Bhatt on April 14 at their Bandra home Vastu. Because Ranbir is now a married man, Abhishek said it was a special match for them all.

According to Bollywood Hungama, Abhishek said, “For all of us, it’s a special match because it’s Ranbir’s first match after being spoken for. In addition, we have certain newlywed traditions in our team that we will carry out today.” “Basically, they’re going to put me in front of the goal, and I’m going to kick lots of balls at them,” Ranbir responded.

Abhishek was also asked if he has any advice for Ranbir, who recently celebrated his 15th wedding anniversary with Aishwarya Rai. He responded, “He isn’t in need of it. He chose to marry her, and she chose to marry him, because they are in love with each other, and that is all that matters. They have mutual respect for one another.”

When Ranbir said that being a part of ASFC was one of the most important things in his life, Abhishek teased him about his wedding. It was a very touching comment, according to Abhishek, especially since Ranbir had recently married.

Abhishek was most recently seen in Dasvi, a Netflix social comedy that premiered last month. Ranbir and Alia will be seen together in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra, which will be released on September 9. When they were working on the film, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy, the two began dating.

Family Star review

The Hindustan Times’ review of the movie Family Star, starring Vijay Deverakonda and directed by Parasuram Petla, suggests that the film struggles to make a mark or entertain, with issues reminiscent of Geetha Govindam (2018). The film tests patience and fails to maintain interest as it progresses.

The review criticizes the plot of Family Star, stating that it is thin and defies logic, making it difficult to enjoy. It also suggests that the film’s portrayal of middle-class life is caricaturish, as if it was written by someone unfamiliar with the realities of such a life.
