The film raises pertinent questions and challenges societal practices while emphasizing the importance of individual beliefs and the power of humanity. Given the sensitive nature of the subject matter, the film’s potential to generate controversy warranted a cautious approach.

The censor board review committee plays a vital role in assessing films to ensure they comply with established guidelines and do not offend or hurt public sentiments. By voluntarily submitting Oh My God 2 for pre-approval, the film’s producers and Akshay Kumar exhibited a proactive approach, indicating their willingness to engage in a constructive dialogue with the censor board to address any concerns.

Filmmakers understand the significance of delivering narratives that provoke thought and challenge societal norms, while also respecting cultural and religious sentiments. The role of the censor board review committee is instrumental in ensuring this balance is maintained.

Submitting films for review by the censor board review committee can foster open dialogue and provide an opportunity for filmmakers to address potential controversies before they arise. This proactive approach encourages a collaborative environment where concerns can be discussed, and necessary modifications can be made, preserving the essence of the film while minimizing the risk of causing offense.
