Although the vocalist of Cruel Summer has long been the subject of fan speculation over her possible casting as Dazzler, the latest meeting doesn’t necessarily prove anything; she might be working on something exciting. Theories concerning Swift’s fascination with superhero movies, with Dazzler being brought up a lot as a possible fit because of the character’s musical background. Given her background in both television and films, Swift might be open to playing a role that defies audience expectations.

But according to the Comic Book Movie, Levy responded, “I’m going across the board,” when asked about rumours regarding Taylor’s involvement in the film. “No comment,” as that would be a double edged blow. That has to do with Taylor. It also has something to do with the MCU. I’m not a moron. You will have to wait and find out. Fans and critics are convinced that Taylor is in the movie based on a plethora of rumours and clues. The sole surprise is that she might not be portraying Alison Blair but rather herself.
