Kelly Rowland, the “queen,” is praised by Massiel Taveras for her remarks regarding the pushing incident at Cannes.

With the star-studded occasion, the Cannes red carpet this year remained a visual extravaganza, despite some discomfort suffered by a few walkers. Actress Massiel Taveras of the Dominican Republic got into a similar confrontation with a security guard a few days after a video of singer Kelly Rowland getting into a heated altercation with her went viral. The guard appeared to be rushing her through pictures.

A few other videos of the incident surfaced later, one of which included K-pop star YoonA in a similar circumstance. She didn’t voice her displeasure with the therapy, but she did show signs of irritation like the other two did. Taveras is now speaking up, demanding respect and reiterating Rowland’s remarks.

Speaking out about the Cannes incident, Massiel Taveras

As she attempted to unfold the long train of her dress, which showcased Christ’s inventiveness, the star of ‘The Other Penelope’ was seen pushing a security guard on the red carpet who was trying to push her inside the building. It was observed that Massiel became irritated with the security guy who had been involved in Kelly Rowland’s incident and took his frustrations out on him. Although Taveras did not directly relate her own experience, Kelly Rowland’s criticism of the security guard has now made its way onto Massiel Taveras’ Instagram story.

Taveras shared an article on Kelly Rowland on her Instagram feed with the caption “Queen.” “We require respect,” She mentioned in a different thread. Regarding what went wrong on the red carpet, Rowland had earlier told AP, “The woman knows what happened; I know what happened.” “It is that simple: I have boundaries, and I stick to them. She went on, “And there were other women there who didn’t look exactly like me.

A guard at Cannes is charged with racism

The actions of a female security guard and several others, who appeared to be specifically targeting a small number of celebrities, infuriated fans. The problem gained attention after a number of videos went viral. Following the video of the former member of Destiny’s Child reprimanding the female guard, lip readers translate Rowland as saying, “Don’t talk to me like that.” Don’t speak to me in that manner. You aren’t my mum. She expressed worry over why other women on the red carpet, who did not resemble her (perhaps implying allegations of racial harassment), were not asked to move even though they had been posing for a considerable amount of time. “I told you not to talk to me like that,” she said.

Massiel Taveras and the incident quickly recurred, and the video went viral once more. As fans searched for other instances of this kind, they discovered that YoonA, a South Korean celebrity and member of the K-pop group Girls’ Generation, was being hurried and not permitted to pose. Despite receiving criticism from many admirers for how awkward and clearly irritated she seemed, she chose to quietly put up with it and go inside.
