Ajay Devgn writes about ‘brutal rejections’ in his note to 20-year-old self

Swami Vivekananda’s birthday is celebrated across India as National Youth Day. To mark the day, actor Ajay Devgn posted a long note on Instagram for his “20” version.

Ajay shared the long strip with the caption, “This #NationalYouthDay decision to write a few words for 20 year old Ajay I hope he appreciates.”

The note read: “Dear 20-year-old me, as an actor you are making your mark on this new world. Honestly, you will face some brutal rejection. Shy and unconventional, you will do your best Try your best to fit in, but fail! Criticism and questioning from people will be hard, it will make you question your dreams. You fail more times than you succeed.” He added, “But, spoiler warning, it’s all It’s all worth it…because one day, slowly but surely, you’ll realize that being who you are may be your greatest strength. So, stumble a little, but don’t stop. Keep pushing the boundaries, don’t let the world Your expectations become your taboo. “Always true, always you! “P.S. Learning how to dance will help you in the long run. Love, an older, wiser, prettier you.”

Many fans reacted to Applejack’s post. One wrote: “You Hamrenay youth, Klierhai. You are the greatest, sir (this is for young people, sir, you are great).” While another wrote: ” You must be really proud of you at 20.”

Sonakshi Sinha admits on The Great Indian Kapil Show that, when given Alia and Kiara’s example, “mujhe zor se shaadi karni hai.”

Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chadha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sanjeeda Shaikh, and Sharmin Segal—the cast of Heeramandi—will be the show’s guests.

The female cast of Heeramandi, Sonakshi Sinha, Manisha Koirala, Richa Chadha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sharmin Segal, and Sanjeeda Shaikh will be featured in an upcoming episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show. In a new trailer for the episode that Netflix India unveiled on Wednesday, Kapil was seen making fun of Sonakshi’s wedding preparations.

The Heeramandi cast was seen in the teaser queue for panipuri at the stand, where Kapil was the vendor. “Bhaiya, sab ke liye paanipuri (serve for everyone)!” Sonakshi begs. In response, Kapil states that none of them would be served since they are not the ones who will call him “brother” or “bhaiya.”

Richa required the most retakes overall.

Manisha Koirala claims in another scene that there was anxiety before every scene on the set. The cast is then questioned by Richa about how many retakes they had ever had. Sonakshi responds that she didn’t need more than 12 tries. Everyone is shocked to learn that Richa offered 99 retakes in her response. Kiku Sharda made an appearance in one episode dressed like a courtesan, and his antics made everyone laugh.

Sonakshi discussing her wedding arrangements

As this is happening, Kapil informs Sonakshi that Alia Bhatt and Kiara Advani are now wed. “Jale pe namak chirak rahe ho,” is her response. He knows how much I want to be married, therefore you are adding salt to my wounds, woh janta hei mujhe kitne zor se shaadi karni he.”

Sanjay Leela Bhansali is the director of Heeramandi, which debuted on Netflix on May 1. The show tells the tales of courtesans and their clients against the turbulent backdrop of the 1940s Indian freedom movement, exploring the cultural milieu of the vibrant Heeramandi region.
