Ali Asgar discusses whether he would work with Kapil Sharma again on his Netflix series.

In response to a query regarding his potential reunion with Kapil Sharma and the crew, actor Ali Asgar, who starred in The Kapil Sharma Show, gave his thoughts. In an interview with ETimes, Ali added that because he has been “travelling a lot off late, working on a few films and will go on a long tour,” he hasn’t watched Kapil’s The Great Indian Kapil Show. As “one of the best teams,” he continued, “the show will be really good.”

Ali on rejoining Kapil for the programme
“Ye toh audience ka pyaar hai (This is audience’s love) that they still keep writing that they want to see me back on the show,” Ali added in reference to his reunion with Kapil Sharma. I thank God and the audience for their positive feedback on my effort. Main jisse abhi main nahi hoon phir bhi itna pyaar mujhe milta hai (I’m glad to Kapil that I was part of such a programme, which I’m not now, yet I receive so much affection), thank you audience. Main Kapil ka bhi shukarguzar hoon ke main aise ek show ka hisaa raha. I have no idea what the future holds, but I’m currently occupied with Chaddi Buddy, my talk show. Baktiyar Irani, this friend, doesn’t leave me”.

Ali lists buddies from TKSS that he would like to invite to Chaddi Buddy.
“Hopefully yes, why not,” Ali responded when asked if he would invite his friends from The Kapil Sharma Show to appear on his chat show Chuddy Buddy. Since they are all pals, we would adore having Krushna Abhishek-Sudesh Lehari and Kiku Sharda-Rajiv Thakur. Thus, we will plan for the future and would be happy to have them on our show if their availability aligns with our standards. Since they are also employed, it will also rely on their availability. This isn’t a show that runs under pressure, so if they are available and prepared to come, then sure, let’s do it. Other than that, it’s just a show.

Regarding Ali’s part in TKSS
In 2017, Ali left The Kapil Sharma Show, the well-liked comic programme hosted by Kapil. “Creative differences” was the explanation he gave. Ali was a well-liked cast member of Kapil Sharma Show. He made appearances in the programme as “Dadi” and “Nani.”
