Apple iPhone 13 Pro review: The camera and battery shine over the subtle improvements

For many years, the iPhone has been the “gold standard” in the smartphone market. But the iPhone is not just a mobile phone, it is a reflection of your lifestyle. People buy Apple’s high-end iPhone “Pro” series not because the device makes calls differently, but because they want to show off their elegance. This is not a bad thing. The same group of people also spent one hundred thousand dollars on a luxury handbag. Although some people may think that the iPhone 13 Pro’s 119,900 rupees is a “luxury”, the truth is that the Pro series phones are considered the best-in terms of design, camera, battery and performance. This year, Apple did not pay too much attention to the design part, but updated the camera, increased the screen with a high refresh rate, and longer battery life. I have been testing the iPhone 13 Pro for a week, and although you paid a high price for the phone, you can still get a certain degree of satisfaction from any other smartphone.

iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max represent the essence of the current iPhone product line. The two phones are identical in appearance, except that the Pro Max has a larger screen and battery. Oh, another difference: Price: The larger Max will cost an extra 10,000 rupees. There has been controversy as to whether the iPhone 13 Pro should exist. I don’t have a clear answer, but yes, because I am not a big fan of the size of the iPhone 13 Pro Max, I would rather choose an ordinary size phone that fits my hand. The iPhone 13 Pro is just right for me; the 6.1-inch screen size is suitable for browsing the web, watching movies, or texting. But I know that some people have been attracted by the 6.7-inch extra screen space.

For them, the iPhone 13 Pro Max makes more sense. Whether you pick up the iPhone 13 Pro or iPhone 13 Pro Max, you can’t really tell the difference from last year’s model. They have the same aesthetics, the same surface treatment and the same flat edge design. But I did notice that the iPhone 13 Pro is slightly thicker, weighing a few grams. Oh wait, the camera bump on the iPhone 13 Pro is also larger, which means that the protective case designed for the iPhone 12 Pro is not suitable for the new model. Otherwise, the new model still has lovely metal and glass finishes. The stainless steel frame on the side is prone to fingerprints, and the Ceramic Shield glass display is as durable as ever. This is a beautiful phone, and you will feel like you are holding an expensive device. There is a new Sierra Blue color to choose from, but I still choose the usual graphite color. But one change you will notice immediately is that the notch on the screen has become smaller. It actually shrank by 20%, but Apple did not really use this extra space. The battery percentage indicator will be a great feature, because the user does not need to pull down the control center every time to check the battery level of the phone.

Surfaces of the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra with Snapdragon 8S Gen 3

Early this week, renders of the Edge 50 Fusion appeared, and Motorola has previously stated that the Edge 50 Pro will ship on April 3. The highest-end smartphone in the Edge 50 series, the Edge 50 Ultra, has now been shown in renders.

The phone is depicted in the renderings in peach fuzz and black with a vegan leather finish, while sisal, a beige color, will have a brushed surface. As opposed to the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 in the Pro variant and the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 in the Edge 50 Fusion, the phone is reportedly powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC.

A 50MP primary camera, an ultra-wide camera, and a periscope telephoto camera with a 5x optical zoom are all included in the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra’s feature set. Additionally, there is a triple LED flash on the right side and a laser autofocus feature above the periscope lens.

Although the phone’s display, battery, and charging specifications are yet unknown, the Edge 50 Pro is said to include 12GB of RAM and support both 50W and 125W wired and wireless charging.

It is anticipated that this will launch as the Motorola X50 Ultra in China. It is unclear if the India launch may be expected on the same day as the rest of the Edge 50 series phones, even if this is scheduled to go official on April 3.
