Coronavirus India Update: 46791 New Cases Reported In Last 24 Hours

On Tuesday, 46,791 new cases of the coronavirus were reported, the lowest number of infections in recent times. According to data from the Union Health Ministry, 46,791 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 587 people have lost their lives due to infection during this period. The total number of corona infections in the country has risen to 75,97,064.

According to the data, the number of active cases of corona in the country has come down to 7,48,538, a decline of 23,517 since yesterday. The difference between active cases of corona and the number of patients recovering from this disease has increased to about six million. So far, 67,33,329 people in the country have defeated the virus and returned home from the hospital after treatment. At the same time, 1,15,197 people have died due to Covid-19.

According to Johns Hopkins University, the total number of Covid-19 infections globally crossed 40 million (4,01,12,870) on Monday. According to the data, 52% of the total Covid-19 cases worldwide are from India, USA and Brazil. At the same time, more than 11 lakh people have died worldwide due to Corona virus.
