COVID-19 vaccines in India haven’t been tested on pregnant women: Dia

Bollywood actress Dia Mirza married businessman friend Vaibhav Rekhi two months ago. Diya is enjoying her pregnancy these days. She says that none of the Covid-19 vaccines being used in the country these days have been tested on pregnant women and lactating mothers.

Dia Mirza said that “her doctor advised her not to get the vaccine. The doctor says that there has not been a trial on pregnant and breastfeeding women of the corona vaccine.”

Actually, a Twitter user had expressed concern over the vaccination of pregnant women. This user, named Ruma Satwik, has also expressed concern about the baby’s Deliver after the impact of infection in a pregnant woman.

Ruma Satwik tweeted many in this matter. Dia Mirza has reacted to one of these tweets. She wrote, “This is really important. Please read and also note that none of the vaccines currently being used in India have been tried on pregnant and lactating women.”

The Telugu film Family Star, directed by Parasuram Petla, has collected an estimated ₹5.75 crore nett in India on its first day of box office collection, marking an impressive opening day for the film.

Family Star reported a 38.45% Telugu occupancy on day 1, with Warangal having the highest occupancy (57.5%), followed by Visakhapatnam and Kakinada (56.75% each).
