Delhi’s air quality worsens, remains in ‘very poor’ zone
Although the lowest temperature was 11.5 degrees Celsius, two notches above normal, Delhi’s pollution levels increased slightly on Wednesday due to the influence of interference from the west through the region.
According to data from the Central Pollution Control Commission, the average air quality index (AQI) at 9 am is 357, which is in the “very poor” category. The average 24-hour average AQI on Tuesday was 328 (very poor), which was lower than Monday’s 389.
The air on Tuesday was the cleanest since November 23, when the city’s AQI was 290 (poor). The calm wind conditions on Wednesday may worsen the pollution, although light rain is expected in Delhi on Thursday. “On Tuesday, the local surface wind was relatively strong, leading to improvement, but the AQI was still in the’very poor’ category.
On December 1 (Wednesday) and 2 (Thursday), the wind may calm down, reducing ventilation and causing air quality to deteriorate. “Air quality and weather forecasting and research systems said.

As Janaki in the new Adipurush poster, Kriti Sanon emanates charm and dominates the internet
