Fans criticised Ananya Panday and Vijay Deverakonda for riding in a “empty train” when they promoted Liger
Ananya Panday and Vijay Deverakonda travelled to a site for the promotion of their next movie, Liger, by boarding a local train in Mumbai. The Puri Jagannadh-directed film was released in theatres on August 25.
Ananya posted a couple of images of their train trip along with the caption, “#LIGER promotions are ‘on track,’ let’s go boyzzzzzz.” In the first image, Ananya was seen sitting on a railway seat with Vijay reclining next to her with his head on her lap. Vijay Deverakonda is wearing a black tee with the phrase “Waat Laga Denge” on it, while Ananya is wearing a yellow crop top and jeans. It was combined with denims and chappals.
Ananya also uploaded a few photos of herself posing alone inside the train. She and Vijay can be seen conversing in a video posted by a paparazzi account on Instagram. Some people weren’t impressed by the performers’ use of a seemingly empty local train. Sarcastically captioned, “Struggle, actual struggle to travel in empty local,” an Instagram user said. A different person added, “Empty local = Not a local.” One more said, “Look, they’re riding in an empty train,” or “Khali train mei khade hai batao.” “Guys, take a trip on the Central line local one day,” read another comment. “Yaar plz kabhi central line ki local mai aaoo na.”
The fourth episode of Koffee With Karan season 7 included Vijay and Ananya. Speaking on the programme about his journey as compared to star kids, Vijay said: “When you are an outsider with no connection to the industry, it is obviously difficult to break in. Being estranged is considerably more difficult. I had never resented or placed blame on anyone for having a wealthy parent. Being born to an actor father is neither Ananya Panday’s fault or the fault of any other star child “.
“Being born a famous kid has its advantages, but I wouldn’t alter a thing about my journey,” he continued. I am extremely appreciative of every slight, every struggle, and every obstacle that I have faced in my life.”

On social media, a picture of Rashmika Mandanna from the set of her next movie, Pushpa: The Rule, has surfaced. The image and a purported video of the actor from Pushpa 2 filming were shared by a number of fans. Rashmika strolled with her colleagues in the video that was posted on X (previously Twitter). She was wearing a red and golden saree. The actress chose to wear flowers on her head and traditional jewelry. She nodded and grinned at the fans, who were anticipating the actor’s arrival. Rashmika’s forehead was adorned with sindoor, or vermillion. She was observed strolling with her security guards and police officers.

Rashmika had posted a photo of director Sukumar from the sets in February. Rashmika provided her followers to a behind-the-scenes look during the film’s production on her Instagram Stories. Sukumar was busily working on the filming process on the scene when the picture was taken.
