BMC Breaks Kangana’s Office, Bombay High Court Made These Comments In Favor Of The Actress

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Wednesday broke the office of Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut. BMC has reported 14 violations in his office. This includes building toilets at the identified places for the kitchen and setting up offices at the identified places for the toilets.

On the other hand, the actress got a big win against BMC on Wednesday when the Bombay High Court banned her from breaking the office.

The court said that BAC’s move was fatal and humiliating. Kangana has returned to Mumbai amidst a verbal war with Shiv Sena. They allege that they are being targeted by the Maharashtra government as they are fighting against the Shiv Sena.

Kangana’s case may be heard in the High Court on Thursday.

In this case, read what the court said while hearing in favor of Kangana

  • Suddenly the municipality woke up at midnight and issued notice to the petitioner when she was not in the city and she was asked to reply within 24 hours. Despite the written request, he was not given extra time and his office was demolished as soon as 24 hours were over.
  • The manner in which BMC has done office breaking work does not initially seem genuine and malicious.
  • Here we would like to say that if BMC works at the same speed and breaks down all the illegal construction in the city then the city will become a completely different place to live.
  • The municipality tried to waste the court’s time and on the other hand, it acted to sabotage the construction.
  • We consider BMC’s conduct extremely hopeless as BMC knew that the petition would be filed by the petitioner in the court at any time and the application seeking immediate order would be transferred.

Family Star review

The Hindustan Times’ review of the movie Family Star, starring Vijay Deverakonda and directed by Parasuram Petla, suggests that the film struggles to make a mark or entertain, with issues reminiscent of Geetha Govindam (2018). The film tests patience and fails to maintain interest as it progresses.

The review criticizes the plot of Family Star, stating that it is thin and defies logic, making it difficult to enjoy. It also suggests that the film’s portrayal of middle-class life is caricaturish, as if it was written by someone unfamiliar with the realities of such a life.
