Hina Khan, dressed in a purple co-ord, heads to Cannes Film Festival and looks stunning at the airport.

Hina Khan is one of several Indian celebrities set to walk the Cannes Film Festival red carpet in 2022. The television beauty, who made her film festival debut in 2019, was photographed by paparazzi at Mumbai airport today. She dressed comfortably for her trip to the French Riviera and even asked the photographers to wish her well. Hina wore a purple coordinated outfit to catch a flight out of Mumbai and gave advice on how to pull off a relaxed jet-set look. Hina will also be making her second appearance at Cannes.

A paparazzi Instagram page posted a video of Hina arriving at the Mumbai airport on Saturday. “India se jo jayega sab aag lagayenge, not just me,” Hina says to the photographers as she asks them to wish her well for Cannes. On her Instagram stories, the actor also shared a selfie with a ‘Bismillah’ sticker and another with her boyfriend, Rocky Jaiswal. To see the posts, keep scrolling.

Hina wore a purple co-ord outfit to the airport to catch her flight out of the bay. The actress’s airport outfits are always casual and in neutral tones, and she continued that trend here. It consists of a jumper and pants set with simple accessories.

Hina’s purple sweater features a turtleneck, billowy full sleeves with gathered cuffs, ribbed patterns, and a loose fit. The actor wore the top with a pair of high-rise ribbed track pants with a cinched hem and a loose fit. Her ensemble is ideal for when you want to look good while putting in minimal effort.

Hina completed her airport ensemble with simple accessories such as rings, sunglasses, and chunky white lace-up sneakers with silver, orange, and black accents. The glam picks included a side-parted open hairdo, a nude lip shade, glowing skin, blushed cheeks, and minimal makeup.

Meanwhile, Hina Khan will walk the Cannes Film Festival red carpet for the second time. Actor-producer R Madhavan, Akshay Kumar, music composer AR Rahman, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Tamannaah Bhatia, Pooja Hegde, and Nayanthara will be among the Indian delegation to Cannes, according to ANI. Deepika Padukone will also be a member of the exclusive eight-member jury, which will be presided over by French actor Vincent Lindon.

Food blogger attacked by Swara Bhasker for boasting about being a vegetarian on Twitter: “Smug self-righteousness”

In response to food blogger Nalini Unagar’s “proud to be a vegetarian” tweet, actor Swara Bhasker attacked Unagar. On Sunday, Nalini posted a photo of her lunch at X. It included a paneer dish and fried rice.

What was said by the food blogger?
Nalini shared the picture and added, “I’m happy to be a vegetarian. There are no more tears, cruelty, or guilt on my platter.”

This is Swara’s response.
In response, Swara penned, “To be honest… I find vegetarians’ arrogant self-righteousness to be incomprehensible. Denying the calf its mother’s milk, forcing cows to become pregnant, ripping them from their calves, and taking their milk are the main components of your diet.”

Furthermore, she said, “You eat root vegetables? That eliminates the entire plant! Just because it’s Bakr Eid, don’t stress about virtue signalling (folded hands emojis). June 16–17 is when Bakr Eid, or Eid al-Adha, is observed.

Swara just had her Eid celebration.
A few months after celebrating Eid al-Fitr, Swara posted a tweet. She celebrated the occasion with her daughter Raabiyaa and spouse Fahad Ahmad. On her Instagram Stories, Swara posted snippets of her Eid festivities. Swara and Raabiyaa were shown in one of the stories pointing at the Eid ka Chaand. Another photo shows Swara, her daughter, and Fahad posing as a family. Fahad is Muslim, but Swara is Hindu.

When Swara discussed the cultures of her and Fahad
Swara performed a chhathi puja for Raabiyaa the previous year. She revealed tidbits from the festivities and reported discovering shared cultural experiences with Fahad’s family. “The child is a mish mash of the mish mash we are,” Swara had wrote. She therefore has 62.5% UP, 12.5% Bihar, and 25% Andhra. Furthermore, I support representation and am always up for a celebration! Furthermore, since our wedding, we’ve learned that Muslims and Hindus in North India have common cultural customs, which strengthens my conviction that, despite our variety, love and joy will always find a language.”

“Chhathhi, or the sixth day of a child’s birth, is celebrated throughout UP Bihar.
