Shubham told that although he was expected to be confirmed in this year’s list of advantages, he never thought he would be among the best in the exam. After seeking Bihar cadres as his first choice, civil engineer Shubham needed assistance in flooding Work in areas such as food processing, welfare, school education, etc., and also need to improve the financial situation of the people in his state.
“I thank my family, especially my parents, and my close friends for encouraging me. When I joined IIT, Powai, I had the opportunity to hold a leadership position. At that time I realized that making changes can satisfy you. I I began to seriously consider my career in the civil service. I started preparing for the exam in the last year, and I studied for an average of 7-8 hours a day,” he told Jagrati Awasthi of BTech, an electrical engineering major from MANIT Bhopal, said that it feels good to be the best among women and the second-ranked person. “If equal opportunities are given, what can women not do? With the support of family members and others, they can do miracles,” she said.
Jagrati worked for BHEL for 2 years before quitting as a civil servant in the work organization. She said that she wanted to improve work for the rural areas of Madhya Pradesh. This happened to be her first cadre choice.
“I chose a civil servant because it gives you the opportunity to connect with the people. People get satisfaction by working for the welfare of citizens,” Ria said, including her need to serve in Rajasthan like her sister. “I want to focus on women’s empowerment, health and education,” she said.
