I’m borderline dyslexic, took me 2 yrs to accept this: Abhinav Shukla
Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 contestant Abhinav Shukla recently revealed a personal thing about himself on social media with his fans. The actor shared that he is borderline dyslexic and called himself differently abled. Abhinav said that he has difficulty remembering dates, names, relation of those dates to names, however, he is exceptional at spatial ability. Many of his friends and colleagues from the TV industry commented on his post. Abhinav had shared this yesterday, August 8, during KKK 11 episode.
Abhinav Shukla’s new music video with his wife, Rubina Dilaik, titled Tumse Pyaar Hai released recently. Meanwhile, he took to Twitter to inform his fans that he is borderline dyslexic. He wrote, “I am a borderline dyslexic, it is public now! So i will divulge moreits nobody’s fault, not even mine, it is what it is! It took me 2 decades to accept this fact! Now numbers and figures dont embarrass me! I am exceptional in spatial ability. I am differently abled (sic)!”
Abhinav Shukla won several hearts with his performance on Bigg Boss 14 where his wife, Rubina Dilaik, emerged as the winner. He was known for his calm attitude in the house. His other projects in the TV industry include Geet Hui Sabse Parayi, Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, Chotti Bahu, Diya Aur Baati Hum, Badalte Rishton Ki Dastaan, Jersey No. 10. Jaane Kya Baat Hui and Hitler Didi, among others. Abhinav is currently seen on the stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 11.

After The Kapil Sharma Show aired on television for the last year, the comedian moved to streaming services in 2024 with The Great Indian Kapil Show. Actor Huma Qureshi was a permanent visitor on the TV show Madness Machayenge-India Ko Hassayenge, which briefly filled the hole created by the departure of the former show. But it didn’t quite click with the public, and according to recent rumours, the channel has added comedian Zakir Khan to help fill the void with a new programme.
Comedy and shayari will be mixed together in Zakir Khan’s presentation.
We now know some exclusive information about the show, such as its schedule and format. According to a source with direct knowledge of the situation, “Zakir’s show will feature a trademark Zakir blend of humour and shayari. With this programme, the comedian hopes to reach a larger audience. He has already developed a following of people who identify with his shayarana side. Madness Machayenge is now airing and is most likely coming to an end. Zakir’s television programme is scheduled to premiere in August. Bollywood visitors will appear on the broadcast in addition to Zakir’s shayari and comedy, much like it used to happen on Kapil’s show.” This is Khan’s second television appearance following his work on the fifth season of The As a mentor in the Great Indian Laughter Challenge in 2017. In addition, he hosted the comedic non-fiction programme Farzi Mushaira on OTT, combining humour and shayari with well-known guests.
Recently, filming for Kapil’s OTT show came to an end, and there were rumours that this was because of the show’s poor viewership. The cast of Heeramandi, American singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran, and actors Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor, among others, were disclosed in a video that the crew published to refute the rumours. Regarding Madness Machayenge, the television programme that took Kapil’s position, director Karan Johar blasted it for his repulsive impersonation on the show. The full guest list for Zakir’s programme has not yet been announced.
