Kubbra Sait’s postural exercises are all about back bends
Kubbra Sait believes in strengthening it in the gym. The actor is a fitness enthusiast and loves her workout routine. Despite Kubra’s taboos on posture, years of fitness have changed her perspective. Kubbra had earlier believed that people are born with certain postures that cannot be corrected. However, after sticking to her fitness program for more than three years, she has come to the conclusion that this fitness myth needs to be busted, as a dedicated workout can achieve any goal.
Kubbra also recently got her first handstand. Sharing a photo of herself standing upside down to perfection, Kubbra wrote that she couldn’t believe she finally got there. Well, we can trust it – she sets fitness goals for us from time to time.
Kubbra believes in working on her posture on a daily basis. A day back, Kubbra shared a short video compilation of her postural exercises on her Instagram profile. This time, she chose her living area as her fitness arena and demonstrated stretches and back bend exercises on a yoga mat, supported by two pillows. In the video, Kubbra can be seen stretching her body over the pillows, supported against a wall. In the later part of the video, Kubbra can be seen stretching her hands by sitting on her knees and touching her face close to the floor.

The cropped blouse of Isha Ambani’s ivory Falguni Shane Peacock lehenga is embellished with pearl and diamonds. It has a fitted bust, jewel-encrusted sleeves, a round neckline, and a tassel-adorned hem. She accessorized it with an elaborately designed sheer overlay, a floor-sweeping hem length, a pleated A-line layered ghera, and a high-rise waisted lehenga skirt. She accessorized the look with a cloak that had a train at the back, oversized sleeves, and hundreds of hand-embroidered roses.
Isha accessorized the ethnic ensemble with mang tika, statement ring, hanging earrings, and a choker necklace, all adorned with diamond and emerald stones. Her final glam choices included a sleek bun, smokey eye shadow, mascara, darker brows, caramel lip color, rouge on the cheekbones, dewy base, and subtle contouring.
At the same time, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant hosted a star-studded three days of pre-wedding festivities. Pop sensation Rihanna was among the guests, along with Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Sundar Pichai, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Ivanka Trump, and a host of Bollywood stars, including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, and Kareena Kapoor.
